T.M. Soundararajan Vinyl Records

T.M. Soundararajan (1922–2013), born in Madurai, was one of the principal male voices of Tamil film song from the mid-1950s to the mid-1980s. He was the regular singing voice of M.G. Ramachandran and Sivaji Ganesan, had most of his hits with M.S. Viswanathan, K.V. Mahadevan and the Viswanathan-Ramamoorthy duo, and recorded a long run of duets with P. Susheela. He also composed and sang devotional songs.

Viswanathan’s Pattikkada Pattanama and Thanga Pathakkam. Beside them are devotional LPs, including Sri Krishna Ganam (1977), and the compilation M.G.R. Hits Vol. V. Most pressings are on EMI and its Columbia, HMV and Odeon labels.
