Hindi Vinyl Records
Hindi film music is where most Indian record collections begin, and it is the largest Indian-language part of ours. This is every Hindi title we hold, from the black-label HMV pressings of the 1950s through the Music India and Polydor years to the last of the vinyl era in the early 1990s.
Every record here is an original Indian pressing unless the listing says otherwise, graded honestly, and photographed as the actual copy you will receive. Most are single copies, so what you see is what remains.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I buy old Hindi song records?
This collection lists 2,125 Hindi records, almost all original pressings of their period — film soundtracks, compilations of the great playback singers, and 45 rpm EPs. Each copy is graded and photographed individually, and ships from Bengaluru across India and worldwide.
Are these original Hindi LP records or reissues?
Almost all are original Hindi LP records and EPs from the vinyl era, bought from private collections. Where a record is a later pressing or a new reissue, the listing says so.
What is the difference between a Hindi LP and an EP?
An LP is a 12-inch record that usually carries a film's full soundtrack; an EP is a 7-inch record with about four songs. See EP vs LP for the full explanation.
