How it works

  2. 2. We deliverUsually emailed within minutes of payment, or on the morning of the date you pick. You get an email receipt confirming it's on its way.
  3. 3. They spend itAt checkout they enter the code in the Discount code or gift card box. Anything left stays on the card for next time.
How long is the gift card valid?

1 year from the day it is issued. The expiry date is shown in the gift card email and on the gift card page.

What can it be used for?

Any record or turntable on bollywoodvinyl.in. It can be combined with other payment methods and used in parts — the balance carries over until it expires.

How does the recipient check the balance?

The gift card email has a “View gift card” link that shows the remaining balance and the code. The balance also appears at checkout when the code is entered.

Can I change the delivery date or email after buying?

Email sales@bollywoodvinyl.in with your order number before the delivery date and we'll update it. If a card went to the wrong address and hasn't been used, we can cancel it and send a new one.

Can a gift card be exchanged for cash?

No. Records bought with a gift card are covered by our usual returns policy.
