Ravindra Jain Vinyl Records

Ravindra Jain (1944–2015) was born blind in Aligarh and composed for Hindi films from the early 1970s, often writing his own lyrics. He is remembered for Rajshri Productions scores such as Chitchor (1976) and Ankhiyon Ke Jharokhon Se (1978), for Ram Teri Ganga Maili (1985) and Henna (1991), and for the music of Ramanand Sagar's television Ramayan. He often turned to K.J. Yesudas and Hemlata as his singers.

Look for Chor Machaye Shor (1974), Fakira, Dulhan Wahi Jo Piya Man Bhaaye, Pati Patni Aur Woh (1978) and Insaf Ka Tarazu. Kishore Kumar and Hemlata are the voices heard most, with Asha Bhosle, Mahendra Kapoor and Mohammed Rafi. Most were issued by EMI India, with others on T-Series and Venus.
