About the film
Muddula Koduku is a 1979 Telugu film directed by V. B. Rajendra Prasad, starring Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Sridevi, Jayasudha and Gummadi. The soundtrack was composed by K. V. Mahadevan. Gopi secretly marries Radha but circumstances separate them, and years later he finds their son being raised by his sister Shanti, for whom he ultimately sacrifices a kidney.
